Award Nomination Categories

George Nigh Association Executive of the Year
The George Nigh Association Executive of the Year Award is the highest award presented by OSAE. Only Association chief staff officers are eligible. This award recognizes excellence in association management as well as significant contributions to OSAE and the association community.

Association Professional of the Year
Both chief staff officers and other association staff members are eligible to receive the Association Professional of the Year Award. This award recognizes outstanding accomplishments in association management as well as significant contributions to OSAE and the association community.

Strategic Partner of the Year
Only strategic partner members of OSAE are eligible to receive the Strategic Partner of the Year Award. This award recognizes contributions to OSAE, the association community, as well as outstanding service to the recipient’s employer and industry.

Key Award
Both strategic partners and professional members are eligible to receive the Key Award. This award recognizes one significant event or contribution which benefits either the association community or community in general.

Excellence in Member Recruitment/Retention Campaign
Professional staff members are eligible to receive the Excellence in Member Recruitment/Retention Campaign Award. This award is presented to recognize an outstanding membership recruitment/retention campaign for their association.

Excellence in Member Education/Outreach Program
Professional staff members are eligible to receive the Excellence in Member Education/Outreach Program Award. This award is presented to recognize an outstanding Member Education/Outreach Program presented by their association.

Excellence in Communications & Publications
Both strategic partners and professional staff members are eligible to receive the Excellence in Communication & Publications Award. This award is presented to recognize outstanding accomplishments or improvements in the communications and/or publications for their association/company.

Excellence in Innovation
Both strategic partners and professional staff members are eligible to receive the Excellence in Innovation Award. This award is presented to recognize an outstanding innovation for their association/company.

Excellence in Community Development and Service
Both strategic partners and professional staff members are eligible to receive the Excellence in Community Development and Service Award. This award is presented to recognize an outstanding Community Development and Service project/campaign performed by their association/company.
