Ashley Coffey

Ashley Coffey is the CEO of Coffey & Consult, Oklahoma’s premier human-centered technology consulting firm, helping organizations confidently integrate emerging technologies into their operations and long-term strategy.

With more than 15 years of cross-sector experience spanning public, private, and nonprofit industries, Ashley partners with business leaders, associations, and mission-driven organizations to translate artificial intelligence and future-of-work trends into practical, responsible action. Her expertise includes AI strategy, workforce transformation, and technology adoption at the leadership and board level.

A sought-after speaker and educator, Ashley has delivered more than 100 talks since 2018, including two TEDx presentations, as well as sessions at SXSW and Harvard. She is known for bridging the gap between complex innovation and real-world organizational impact, equipping executives and boards with the clarity and confidence needed to lead in a rapidly evolving environment.

Ashley is the host of the Coffey & Code and AI News You Should Know About podcasts and was named to The Journal Record’s Power List of Innovative Women. She is driven by a mission to strengthen Oklahoma’s economic future by helping its leaders and associations thrive in the digital era without losing the human element.



Eric Curtis

Eric Curtis, CEO & Managing Partner of Curtis Strategy, is a visionary consultant who guides nonprofit organizations toward achieving exponential growth and measurable mission impact.

Eric unlocks organizational potential, crafting breakthrough strategies and innovative business models that tackle complex challenges and drive lasting success. Leveraging his expertise, he
equips leaders across diverse nonprofit sectors, including health and human services, associations, credit unions, foundations, and higher education, with the knowledge and strategies to navigate
disruption and achieve transformative change.

Eric received his MBA from Suffolk University and his BS in accounting and finance from Norwich University. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the National Council for Adoption and is a sought-after speaker, delivering workshops and presentations nationwide.


Richard Hight

Richard Hight is an international speaker, entrepreneur, published author, and award-winning fine artist. He’s been featured on ABC, NBC, CBS and FOX media outlets. His paintings hang in over 70 universities, and grace numerous corporate, government and private collections as well as museums across the nation. He has produced commissions for celebrity college and professional athletes in the NFL, MLB, NBA and PGA. He is a celebrated children’s book illustrator and an often featured guest on popular podcasts. Richard’s presentation is filled with humor, hope and possibility. His leadership centers on turning thinking upside down to re-imagine the obvious, unlearning assumptions and opening up to curiosity and not allowing expertise and experience to stand in the way of a growth mindset. When he is home, the devoted husband and father enjoys riding his unicycle around the neighborhood spending time with his family He is proud to be part of the Costco Executive Membership Club.
