Strategic Plans that are Successful for the Association
Speaker: Bob Harris, CAE

Many strategic plans fail at the start. Too many people, too much time for the retreat, overly frequent planning (not annually), and a plan left to collect dust on the shelf. From the planning retreat to successful implementation - the session will offer guidance and models of excellence.
