Speaker: Jilian Larimore, Cory's Live
Topic: Defining Event Goals and Using Technology to Meet Them

"Defining Event Goals and Using Technology to Meet Them" gives event professionals a straightforward approach to getting better results from their events. We'll dig into why setting clear goals matters, how to pick the right tech partners, and what actually works when you're trying to create meaningful impact with your audience.

What You'll Learn: By the end of this session, you'll know how to:

  • Set event goals that actually mean something (and that you can measure!)
  • Choose technology that helps you hit those goals instead of just looking flashy
  • Work with your AV and production teams like a pro to get what you really need

How We'll Spend Our Time: We'll look at real events—what worked, what didn't, and why. You'll get a simple framework you can use right away, plus we'll tackle any tricky event challenges you want to throw at me. Bring your toughest questions!
