Sophie Preston is an executive advisor at Solomon Strategic Advisors, where she helps individuals and organizations harness the right tools to enhance their impact, live more intentionally, and build meaningful relationships. With a Bachelor of Arts in English Language from the University of Suffolk in England and a Master of Leadership from Southern Nazarene University in Oklahoma, Sophie combines academic rigor with practical experience.

She is a certified Myers-Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI) practitioner and a GiANT Worldwide Guide and holds a Zig Ziglar Certificate of Ethical Leadership. Sophie has a rich background in law enforcement, directing learning and development teams, and executive leadership, including serving as a chief people officer of human capital. Her expertise extends to human-centric design, reflecting her commitment to serving the public sector and fostering positive human interactions.

Although she retains her British accent, Sophie now resides in Oklahoma with her husband John, a USAF veteran, their son Isaiah, and their daughter Murphy.
