Speaker: Special Agent Kurt Stoner with the FBI

 Special Agent Kurt Stoner was born and raised in Garden City, Kansas.  He graduated from Kansas State University in 1991 with a BS in Biology.  Following graduation, he went to work for the Finney County, Kansas Sheriff's Dept. in October, 1991.  Special Agent Stoner was hired by the Garden City Police Department in February 1992 as a patrol officer.  He was promoted to the rank of Sergeant (shift supervisor) in 1996.  He "Entered on Duty" as an FBI special Agent in October 1997.  Following his graduation from the FBI Academy, he was assigned to the Oklahoma City Field Office.  In his 20 years as a Special Agent, he has investigated white collar crime, violent crimes and fugitive matters but a bulk of my investigative work was child pornography\child predator investigations.  He has been a Firearms Instructor and SWAT Team member since 1999.  Special Agent Stoner currently serve as the Training Coordinator, Principal Firearms Instructor, Principal Tactical Instructor, Assistant SWAT Team leader and FBI National Academy Coordinator for the Oklahoma City Field Office.
