Relaxed dress codes are commonplace today and often cause misinterpretations of what’s appropriate to wear in the workplace. In addition, the multitude of options and trends causes the “nothing-to-wear” syndrome in a closet full of clothes.

This hands-on workshop provides individual wardrobe solutions for each participant.

Participants are asked to come to class prepared to discuss their frustrations and at least one wardrobe challenge, preferably supported by pictures.

Solutions for more efficient closet design and wardrobe solutions are provided and discussed.

Each participant will walk away with a personal list of closet essentials that will enhance and support their wardrobe, career and ultimate business success.

Francesca Zampaglione is a CPA turned Stylist who passionately believes that how you present yourself always matters. Having confidence in your appearance translates to having confidence in how you perform at work, how others perceive you and, your ability to thrive.

For many people, dressing appropriately for work is time consuming and challenging. Gone are the days of matching suits, leaving room for mismatched jackets, tops, and pants. And today, with many offices adopting a “dress-for-your-day” policy, dressing appropriately creates a wide range for interpretation, and with four-generations in the workplace, misunderstandings.

Prior to starting her own business, Francesca served as Vice President of Learning and Development for the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), responsible for the PICPA Foundation for Education and Research and over 1,000 educational seminars, conferences, webinars and on-demand programs held across the state of Pennsylvania.

Francesca received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Widener University and worked for Deloitte, earning her CPA credential and serving clients for the Audit & Assurance function in real estate, not-for-profit and insurance industries.

After nearly a decade with Deloitte, she joined Deloitte’s subsidiary, Resources Connection, now Resources Global Professionals (Resources), a publicly held world-wide staffing organization. While at Resources, Francesca served as a Client Service Director, serving and procuring clients with talented high-level accounting and finance professionals in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries.

Francesca received her MBA from Temple University and upon completing her degree at Temple, she served as an adjunct professor for Widener University.
