Provide cutting-edge educational programs focusing on leadership, management, communications and technology.

  • CAE Program/Mentoring as needed

Networking

Optimize relationship building between members, both professional and affiliates, along with the community-at-large. Implement community issues into the associations when applicable (such as food drive during the holidays).

Research/Best Practices

Avail OSAE members of best practices in association management and trends.

  • Develop a resource center of hospitality and service vendors
  • Awards
  • Include list of recommended speakers and faciliators in recource center
  • Conduct member surveys on salaries, budget, issues, etc., and make results available.

Representation and communication concerning issues of concern to the general association community.
